SCIENTIFIC NOTATION

The Rule:
- If the decimal point is replaced n-place to left, so n is positive round number
- If the decimal point is replaced n-place to right, so n is negative round number

The way to write the very big numbers and very small numbers in the form of:
N x 10n
N = a number between 1 and 10
n = the exponent which is a round number, positive or negative

SIGNIFICANT NUMBER

The defined regulation:


1. Every digit, which not zero is significant number.
2. The zero numbers between un-zero digit are significant numbers.
3. The zero numbers, which is in the left side with the first un-zero digit, are not significant numbers.
4. If the number is bigger than one, all of the zero numbers which are written in the right side of decimal point are calculated as significant numbers.
