TEACHER-IN-CHARGE POSITIONS

1. This Office announces the resumption of submission of documents for the filing
up of Teacher-In-Charge (TICs) positions:

QUALIFICATION: Teacher III for at least 3 years

2. The following documents shall be submitted for evaluation:

2.1 Cover Letter
2.2 CSC Form 212 (PDS; w/ passport-sized picture taken within the last 6 mos)
2.3 Service Record/ Certification of Employment
2.4 Proof of Eligibility (PRC/ CSC)
2.5 Transcript of Records (TOR)
2.6 Certificate/s of Awards, Outstanding Accomplishments Received
2.7 Documents/ Proofs of Innovations/ Research Conducted
2.8 Certification of Publication/ Authorship
2.9 Certificate of Chairmanship
2.10 Scholarships, Participation to Trainings
2.11 Omnibus Certification of Authenticity and Veracity of Submitted Documents

3. Interested applicants may submit their documents on or before June 6, 2018 at

DepEd Imus City, Schools Division Office Proper, Toclong I-C c/o Office of the
Asst. Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Catherine V. Maranan.

4. Immediate dissemination of/ and strict compliance with this memorandum is

desired.
