Ground rules
• PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. provides Shuttle Bus Ground Transport for Sampoerna employees based in One Pacific Place (OPP)
which cover 5 routes as below:

Route Serpong : Summarecon Mall Serpong – Flavor Blizz Alam Sutera - OPP
Route PIK : PIK Avenue – Emporium Pluit – Mediterania Tj. Duren – OPP
Route BSD : The Breeze BSD – Bintaro Exchange Mall – OPP
Route Gading : La Piazza Kelapa Gading – Green Pramuka City – The Hive Cawang - OPP

• SAMPOERNA OPP Shuttle Bus entitled for Sampoerna employees only, not applied for contract employees

• Detail operational of SAMPOERNA OPP Shuttle Bus is fully managed by vendor TRAC (registration, payment, operations,
membership card, etc.)

Package:
Silver – 300k for 25 tickets
Gold – 600k for 50 tickets

PAYMENT METHOD for SAMPOERNA OPP Shuttle Bus

• Max H-1 before month end, employee should transfer the payment directly to TRAC to join SAMPOERNA OPP
Shuttle Bus for the next month

Package Type:
Silver : IDR 300.000 for 25 tickets
Gold : IDR 600.000 for 50 tickets

• Employee should send the payment receipt via WhatsApp to 082229751690 with format (Name)_(NIK)_(Route)
Example : Muhamad Yasir_80430776_5

• Employee will receive the tickets from the driver in each route, and the ticket’s validity is stated in the ticket itself.
• Tickets can be used in multiple routes as long as the capacity of the Shuttle Bus is still available.
