3rd NOTICE FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Subject: - RECRUITMENT TO THE POSTS OF TWENTY FIVE COMPUTER OPERATORS (BS-16),

NATIONAL HIGHWAYS & MOTORWAYS POLICE MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS

With reference to his online application and subsequent appearance in Written MCQs Test for the
subject post, the following passed candidate whose Name & Roll Number have been given below, is advised to
furnish the attested copies (with signature and name stamp of attesting government officer) of following
requisite documents by registered post/ courier forthwith but not later than 15 days (latest by 11.7.2019) of
placement of this Notice on FPSC website, to determine his eligibility.

vi. Self Domicile Certificate (SDC).
vii. In case of Govt. Servant, Original DPC with exact date of
appointment and domicile accepted on FPSC’s prescribed
DPC for (available on FPSC’s website) to be signed by Head
of the Ministry/ Division/ Department (official Stamp must
be affixed).

2. He is cautioned that requisitioning of the documents for determination of his eligibility should not be
presumed that the candidate has been short-listed on the basis of merit and relevant Provincial / Regional quota.
In case he fails to furnish the documents within stipulated time or furnish incorrect/ incomplete information, his
candidature for the captioned post shall stand rejected and no alibi or excuse shall be entertained subsequently.
