Kei and her partner Yuri are "Troubleshooters," agents from the Worlds Welfare Work Association, a super-governmental
organization that handles problems the individual planetary governments of the United Galactica cannot cope with. They
work with and above the law, and are dedicated to preserving human life as a whole, but not individual people per se.
Sounds good in theory.
The fact of the matter is that Kei and Yuri are dispatched to deal with various situations in their own unique manner (that
usually involves ridiculous amounts of firepower). These almost invariably escalate into disasters of immense scale - their
various missions have destroyed two artificial habitats, disrupted the entire ecology of a planet, triggered a supernova and
caused countless millions of deaths. However, they always escape pretty much unscathed and it is never their fault.
Kei and Yuri met at Meizuiru university, a school for Lucien genetic upgrades. They somehow became friends and bluffed
their way into the 3WA, convincing the selectors that they were psychic - the short skirts helped. From there, they have led
a disaster strewn career (their first mission involved the accidental detonation of a nuclear device) to become the 3WA's
most famous troubleshooters.

Basic Details
Description: Kei is an attractive, buxom young woman with a thick mane of fiery red hair. Her skin is tanned, and she likes
to switch around her eye colors. Her smartsuit's default configuration (i.e. her standard uniform) is of a skimpy, silvery two-
piece bikini and matching knee-high boots. No-one knows why.
Motivations & Goals: Kei is the loud, boisterous, egotistical, brash and hot-headed member of the team. She is a glory
hog, always trying to grab attention, especially away from Yuri. She is publicly acknowledged as the wild and unfeminine of
the Dirty Pair, a reputation she seems to enjoy and promote.
Tactics
Tactics - Before Combat: She is also assigned a considerable amount of high-tech 3WA gadgetry on each mission. Her
choices vary, but she almost always includes at least one high-tech close-combat weapon. After injuring her leg, she took
to wearing a 3WA Gravity Manipulation flight pack; even though he injury is long healed, she'd taken to using it full time.
Tactics - During Combat: As a Lucien model genetic upgrade, Kei is much stronger, faster, healthier and more capable
than normal humans. She is also outfitted with a variety of 3WA cyberware, including a neural suite with coded comlink,
pain editor, reflex boosters and a wardrug gland that can increase her abilities in times of need or pump her full of "happy
juice," a stimulant designed to keep her active after severe injury. In addition to this, she is assigned a variable-form
"smartsuit," capable of assuming any number of different (although almost invariably either skimpy or skin-tight) forms and
capabilities.
Additional Details
Notes: The cost for the gadget pool was based around the equipment used in “Run From the Future,” listed as follows. Of
course, this conversion will be out of date by the time the next Adam Warren Dirty Pair comic is released, as they will have
no doubt developed even new and more ludicrously overpowered weapons and gadgets.

Yuri and her partner Kei are "Troubleshooters," agents from the Worlds Welfare Work Association, a super-governmental
organization that handles problems the individual planetary governments of the United Galactica cannot cope with. They
work with and above the law, and are dedicated to preserving human life as a whole, but not individual people per se.
Sounds good in theory.
The fact of the matter is that Yuri and Kei are dispatched to deal with various situations in their own unique manner (that
usually involves ridiculous amounts of firepower). These almost invariably escalate into disasters of immense scale - their
various missions have destroyed two artificial habitats, disrupted the entire ecology of a planet, triggered a supernova and
caused countless millions of deaths. However, they always escape pretty much unscathed and it is never their fault.
Yuri and Kei met at Meizuiru university, a school for Lucien genetic upgrades. They somehow became friends and bluffed
their way into the 3WA, convincing the selectors that they were psychic - the short skirts helped. From there, they have led
a disaster strewn career (their first mission involved the accidental detonation of a nuclear device) to become the 3WA's
most famous troubleshooters.

Basic Details
Description: Yuri is a very attractive young woman with long, straight black hair and huge light blue eyes - which have a
disturbing tendency to glow when she is in combat. Her smartsuit's default configuration (i.e. her standard uniform) is of a
skimpy, silvery two-piece bikini and matching knee-high boots. No-one knows why.
Motivations & Goals: Yuri is a perfect counterpoint to Kei, being somewhat demure, and forgiving. She is the quiet,
reserved one of the pair, and as a result often gets trampled over (verbally) by Kei. She is eternally polite and forgiving,
even to criminals she's meant to arrest; she always gives fair warning and an opportunity to surrender - which is very rarely
heeded. Above all else, she wants to be accepted as a normal person, not as the popular image of a "bikini-clad mass-
murderer." It's a hopeless struggle.
Tactics
Tactics - During Combat: As a Lucien model genetic upgrade, Yuri is much stronger, faster, healthier and more capable
than normal humans. She is also outfitted with a variety of 3WA cyberware, including a neural suite with coded comlink,
pain editor, reflex boosters and a wardrug gland that can increase her abilities in times of need or pump her full of "happy
juice," a stimulant designed to keep her active after severe injury. In addition to this, she is assigned a variable-form
"smartsuit," capable of assuming any number of different (although almost invariably either skimpy or skin-tight) forms and
capabilities.
She is also assigned a considerable amount of high-tech 3WA gadgetry on each mission. Yuri prefers non-violent
weapons, capable of restraining or incapacitating her opponents without injury (or collateral damage, for that matter). She
always thinks through her fights, taking advantage of the opponent's weaknesses or the environment.
Additional Details
Notes: These stats represent "Yuri mark 2" i.e.: the clone of Yuri that carried on in her place after "accidentally" killing the
original in Fatal But Not Serious. After apparently getting over a massive bout of self-loathing, she is now if anything even
more polite and demure than "normal."
The cost for the gadget pool was based around the equipment used in “Run From the Future,” listed as follows. Of course,
this conversion will be out of date by the time the next Adam Warren Dirty Pair comic is released, as they will have no
doubt developed even new and more ludicrously overpowered weapons and gadgets.
