College student are actually a term for people who are studying at a tertiary institution
consisting of high schools, academies, and the most common are universities. But bot only
that, but students are also required tobe active in the organization, behave well and the most
important thing is success in the studies in which it operates. Study is research process in
which information is recorded for a group of people. This information is known as data.
And college student are required to dot he study very well so that in the future what they
do can be useful for the wider community.

In studies, we must be successful. Because if we fail in the study of the study

program that, we choose, then there is a high chance for us to fail in the world of
work. however, behind all the success we have achieved in our study, we will not necessarily
be easy to get it. Because we have to do a method and proves that must be followed to get it.

There are several ways that we as students can succeed in studies we live. That is
improving academic skill, like reading, writing, counting, memorizing theory, understanding
he theory and applying it in practice and anything that supports academic according to
your study programs, this academic skill or commonly called hard skills are very important.
Because academic skills are the first to be seen by a job.

The second is to improve he soft skills we have. Because success in studies is not
only about academic skills, but also how about attitudes, leadership,
