General/Overall
1. To check all door closers - not working properly.
2. To check all doors and window locks - keys stuck.
3. To check all door stoppers, few not working - rubber of all stoppers
need to be replaced, worn out.
4. AC’s to be serviced, outside units dirty.
Cooling levels to be checked.
5. Water tanks at GF & Top foor to be cleaned
6. Main door to be secured with an extra lock & chain for security.
7. Walls/ceiling of Balconies are very dirty, to be cleaned/washed.
8. Parapets of all windows dirty, to be cleaned.
9. Bath rooms – Chrome flush plates in two of the bathrooms cracked, need
replacement - Can cause injury.
To also check flushing mechanism in all bathrooms, leakage was noticed.

Kitchen
1. Aqua Guard/RO Water Inlet and outlet points missing - Important.
2. Kitchen sink stained, soiled and worn out. Also check water pressure.
3. Entrance Door closer and its lock defective.
4. Jaali door bottom latch not working properly.
5. Top cabinet (near chimney) right door hitting left door, will damage it.
To be adjusted.
6. Chimney exhaust pipe opening in Balcony to be covered with a Jaali cover.
( Pigeons are getting into it )

Bed Room Front Left side

1. Right side slim window’s latch broken, glass window can’t be opened.
2. Left side slim window’s top latch not woking, Jaali window can’t be bolted.
3. Wash basin’s left drawer missing.

Bed Room Front Right side

1. Big stains on Balcony floor, to be scrubbed with a grinder.
2. Filling near Balcony door, plaster fallen off.
3. Left Almirah, drawer’s lock defective. Also check other locks.
4. Filling behind Washbasin to be done properly.

Bed Room at the back side

1. Left almirah door lock defective.
2. Right almirah door lock can not be put – wood broken.
3. Slim window on right – Top latch can not be bolted.
4. Stopper broken – Inside and out side.
5. To check door closer – needs adjustment/replacement.
