1 Getting started with VIBGYOR TRACK

1.1 CONVENIENCE, SAFETY AND PEACE ASSURED TO PARENTS OF STUDENTS

VIBGYOR TRACK is a unique and exclusive school attendance and bus tracking solution for
student, parents and the school management. VIBGYOR TRACK has a slew of unique services
that ensures the CONVENIENCE of a smooth pickup or drop of all children who use the school
transport system. VIBGYOR TRACK ensures PEACE of mind for the parent, school management
and the travelling child. VIBGYOR TRACK ensures SAFETY and assures the parents of the
comfort and care given by the school to all its students.

Below are a few highlights of the solution:

 VIBGYOR TRACK ensures “Safety and Peace” to parents as child attendance at the time
of reaching the school premises in the morning and when he/she departs from the
school premises in the evening in tracked. The students availing school transport
service, parents will receive notification as the student board/de-board the bus from
pick point and school respectively.

 VIBGYOR TRACK ensures “Convenience” to parents as they can continuously monitor

the exact location of their child’s school bus using any smart phone or a computer.

 VIBGYOR TRACK ensures “Convenience” to parents as they can receive an alert 10

minutes before the bus approaches their pick-up/drop point.

 VIBGYOR TRACK ensures “Peace” to the parents as the speed of the travelling vehicle is
constantly monitored and intimates the management of any breach in speed giving
parents assurance of the school’s commitment to “Safety” of their child.

Log in to the App with the registered mobile no with the school.

OTP will be sent to the registered mobile no. Enter OTP to authenticate.

2 VIBGYOR TRACK FAQs

1. Minimum Version Requirement for the App

 Android Version 4.4 and above

 iOS Version 8.0 and above

2. If the application is not visible in Google Play Store / Apple Store

 Search for the application in the App Store

i. Name of the App is “VIBGYOR TRACK”
ii. Full name is “VIBGYOR TRACK – School Bus Tracking”

3. If you are unable to “Download” or “Install” the App

 Check your Internet Connection (Data / Wi-Fi)

 Ensure minimum version of the Software as mentioned above

4. If you are unable to log in to the App

 Verify your registered phone number with the school (To change the phone or password of the
parent App, parent must visit the school.)

5. If you do not receive OTP

 Check if SMS Gateway is blocked

 Check for any network issues
 Check the Internet Connection (Wi-Fi)
 Request to resend OTP after a while

6. Forgot password

 Log in with the OTP

 Request for the new password

7. Where do I log tickets related to App?

 All the issues/requests are to be logged in to Parent Portal under the respective category/sub-
category.
