Note:

1. It may so happen that some candidates may apply in two different Departments. The
exam of both such Departments may be scheduled in session 1 in any of the entrance
days. In such case the candidate may appear in the exam in Session 1 in any
Department of his/her choice. Steps are to be taken, by the Departmental Admission
Committee to collect question papers for the entrance exam from the other Department
where the applicant has also applied. Such applicants shall not be allowed to leave the
examination hall at 12 but shall be supplied with the question paper/answer script at
the same hall at 12 noon. Necessary announcement in this regard may be made at the
beginning of Session 1. After termination of the repeat exam of Session 1 the answer
scripts may kindly be sent to the concerned department for evaluation.

2. It may so happen that some candidates may apply in two different Departments. The
exam of both such Departments may be scheduled in session 2.
In such case the candidate may appear in the exam in Session 2 in any Department of

3. Personal interview may also be conducted prior to written test.

4. In case candidates applying under OBC category without valid NCL Certificate, their
category may be changed to UR if the Departmental Admission Committee
recommends so to the Director, Computer Centre prior to the preparation of the first
merit list i.e. before uploading the composite score.
