DETAILED JOB ROLE:

 Review & Commenting of Schedules / Reports submitted by DECs.

 Identifying Scope of Work and key milestones with contractual start and finish dates
in project by preparing a detailed project program using Primavera
 Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Reporting
 Collect from site all necessary information and prepare required weekly and Monthly
Progress reports
 Monitor the progress of the Project and discuss with the Project Manager to take any
corrective action where necessary.
 Developing Look Ahead Schedule
 Develop further detailed internal speciality schedules for Area of concern.
 Identify delayed items and maintaining a record of items affecting or may affect the
project and develop close tracking system
 Arranging meetings with all stake holders for Progress review of the Project.
 Co-ordination with other departments/site
 Presentation of reports to the Client
 Progress review with Client including manpower histograms & equipment/machinery
 Interaction with the Client, Contractors, Construction Management Team
 To expedite engineering inputs and release of engineering deliverables
 Ensure commitments are honoured/negotiated with the client
 Co-ordinating and ensuring for timely release of purchase orders
 Co-ordinating with Expeditors for vendor manufacturing and supply materials on time
 Working in co-ordination with other departments for approvals, verification, &
processing
 Preparation of Close out report of the Project and Technical Capitalisation.
