II. NARRATIVE REPORT/ EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The significance of this activity is to make our pupils prepared in case of

disaster like an earthquake and to make them safe from any damages. We are
very happy because the implementation of the said activity was successfully
done. The implementation of this activity (NSED) happened at Haguimit
Elementary School II at around 2:00 oclock in the afternoon of November 07,
2018. It was participated by the 56 pupils and 2 teachers including our school
head. The highlight of our activity is when the bell sounded for 1 minute that
signifies an earthquake occurring and our pupils together with the teachers
performed the “Duck, Hold and Cover” and evacuated to the designated
evacuation area.

encountered that could have slowed down the activity.
