The company has identified and implements rules and regulations to instill discipline and correct
misconduct of its employees. All employees are be covered by the Company’s Code of Conduct regardless
of job level and job status. It is every employee’s duty and responsibility to know and abide by the
company’s Rules and Regulations. Any form of disobedience and non-compliance will be dealt with
accordingly with disciplinary and corrective action depending on the gravity of the offense.
