School Vision

To develop personal qualities of self respect, self confidence, and self discipline while
promoting a caring and positive learning environment.
Data Base Summary

• Roots Millennium Indus Campus merged with Kamra Campus in September 2018 mid session into
a beautiful and magnificent purpose built campus near main Hattian road, Tahir CNG. Before the
merger of the two branches a serious threat of losing maximum students was looming on Kamra
campus as the school was shifting out of the secure and enclosed community of air force complex.
However, a constant counseling and detailed follow-up resulted in a very successful merger with
99% students moving into the new campus.
• The staff members took some time to get adjusted to the new environment and new fellow
colleagues. However, various large scale open days and festivities gave them a chance to mingle
with each other and develop a friendly bond. Maximum attendance of students was observed for
IKSC, IBIC, IKMC, Oxford BIG read, Art beat, Toyota dream car and ISA competitions to name a few.
Various medals were won and laurels were brought to the school community. CEO visited the
campus and appreciated the teachers for their contribution and service to the organization with
cash prizes. We hosted an orientation for parents in collaboration with CEO Sir Faisal and Sir Abbas
Hussain along side IGCSE and Grade 8.
• Roots millennium Indus campus stood tall within a very short span of time and won the
community’s trust in providing quality education within state of the art functional campus. New
admissions quickly rose to 465 within a short span of time. It was not easy to convince parents of
Attock community to spend a hefty amount in terms of fee, as fee structures are quite high as
compared to the nearby private school systems.
Data Base Summary

• Staff members were trained by the competent staff members of MIPD on lesson
planning and bloom’s Taxonomy and in house training sessions were conducted to
train the existing staff members and polish their skills.
• Community outreach was planned through various activities like grand MUN, where
around 250 students from various schools took part and travelled from Islamabad,
Lahore and Karachi. Fund raising and visit to Aghosh, Orphanage and shelter home
and many more.
• We will be planning some grand events this year again with a focus towards the
senior classes. The data base has given us a fair idea of our existing strengths and we
will be working on our areas of improvement after a campus evaluation with the
staff members.
