TERMS:
a) In cases where the price quotation is in Euro Currency, the client shall pay the first 65% down payment in Euro to process ordering of the item. The remaining balance should
also be paid in Euro upon presentation of the bill of lading, when the items are declare ready to be shipped from Italy to Manila. The Euro may be paid in cash or transferred
directly to our bank account. All bank charges incurred shall be paid by the client.
b) In cases where the price quotation is in US Dollar Currency, if the client pays the first 65% down payment in US Dollar to process ordering of the item. The remaining balance
should also be paid in US Dollar upon presentation of the bill of lading, when the items are declared ready to be shipped from Italy to Manila. The US Dollar may be paid in cash
or transferred directly to our bank account. All bank charges incurred shall be paid by the client.
c) If the client chooses to pay in Peso, the Euro to Peso exchange rates will be based on the conversion rate at the date of the contract signing. This same rate shall apply for the
remaining balance. Changing of currency is NOT ALLOWED after downpayment has been made.
d) Upon contract signing we require 65% down payment, before the placement of order. For indent items, the usual lead-time for the production and delivery is between 4-5
months for furniture; 6-7 months for Barovier & Toso - from date of first down payment. We require then the next 35% payment before delivery, upon presentation of the arrival of
goods in our warehouse.
e) For showroom items, we can deliver within 7 working days after 100% payment has been received. For cheque payments, a waiting time of 3-5 working days in required for
clearing.
f) Clients should specify the estimated delivery date upon placement of order. The furniture may be stored for 30 days from specified delivery date. After which, a storage fee of
P950 per box per month shall be paid.
g) Delivery within Metro Manila will be free of charge. For deliveries outside of Metro Manilla, the client will be charged accordingly, depending on the location.
VALIDITY:
This proposal is valid for 15 calendar days from date hereof. However, only the Euro currency price will remain fixed, the Euro-Peso exchange rate may vary depending on the
date of the contract signing. After this time, all prices are subject to change before payment has been received.
DISCLAIMER:
a) Upon signing of the contract, all details are FINAL AND ABSOLUTE. Any changes to the said contract, Living Innovations is permitted to impose fines or interest charges to
the client as deemed applicable. Returns/Exchange will not be permitted once the orders have already been confirmed and once the items has already been delivered/installed.
b) Prior to delivery/installation, Living Innovations shall conduct an ocular inspection of the site to check the status. If the site is deemed unfit to receive the goods, Living
Innovations has the authority and the right to deny delivery/installation on the said areas/site. If the client persists, he/she will be asked to sign a WAIVER to relinquish us of any
liabilities or damages that might occur during/upon installation.
c) For special requests on 3D Mock-ups of furniture/chandeliers using plywood or cardboard, the client shall be charged accordingly for the materials to be used. Paper mock-ups
are Free of Charge. Mock-ups/Trials of ACTUAL furniture/lighting fixtures/accessories on site is ultimately NOT ALLOWED.
d) Upon delivery, Living Innovations will give instructions and proper cleaning aids (If any) to the Client/Client Representative regarding Cleaning and Maintenance of the items,
after which, a Turn Over Agreement form shall be signed after all the items has been inspected. Delivered damaged items shall be replaced by Living Innovations subject to
thorough investigation. For any damages incurred after proper turnover, replacement items/parts shall be charged to the client accordingly.
e) For any requests on Movement or Cleaning of delivered/installed Furniture/Lighting fixtures, a Service Fee will be charged accordingly. For other services requested of us that
is NOT our product, servicing of said item will not be allowed under any circumstance.
WARRANTY:
A warranty period of One (1) year will be applied beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty covers FACTORY DEFECTS only. Normal wear and tear of the products,
misuse or mishandling, lack of maintenance, repair/disassembly/alterations done by other service providers not affiliated/accredited by Living Innovations are NOT COVERED BY
THE WARRANTY PERIOD. After the aforementioned warranty period, all repairs, cleaning, replacement of parts and other services will be charged accordingly.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
Should this meet with your approval, please indicate your acceptance by affixing your signature on the space provided below, thus making this a contractual agreement binding
both parties to all terms and conditions stipulated on this face hereof.
