Reflection:

Values resemble goodness, being worthy and desirable,it can be

objective and subjective at the same time but cannot be change as it was
running from our blood just like being hospitable that we Filipinos are known
for.Our values can be manifested on how we think, speak and act. It is a
major component that a person should possess in their lives. A person
without values is like a sheep without a shepherd but a person with values is
like a student with a very good teacher that teaches them desirable traits
and how to be worthy of having a peaceful and successful life.Through
values we can weigh life’s circumstances, foresee possibilities and great
opportunities that will surely lead us to the right path. The values that we
have could be the bases on how we will be valued as a person in our society.
In connection with that, being a Filipino we also have our own values that we
considered important, proper, acceptable and desirable. It was passed by
our ancestor to our parents and then we learn it from them.From these
values we are guided on how we are going to live our lives as a Filipino. We
become the person that we want to be because of our values.Being a Filipino
you should possess our best known values, it is being hospitable. It is
showing how we treat our guest with joy and creating good relationship with
them especially to those who are foreign in our country. We are also a
family-oriented person that is why we can still lived in our parents house as
long as we want too. And another value is being religious that even though we
do not have the same religion but we are having the same faith.These were
some values that a true Filipino should have as it will permanently runs to
our blood. May we have different ways of practicing it but it will always be
the same values that we inherited to our ancestor.

On the other hand, our values can be both subjective and objective.
Values are learned from different carries. There were different ways of
practicing it and showing it. There were act of kindness that can be
recognized as values because it was done in a good and a desirable manner
such as being generous, respectful and obedient.These values are somehow
can be observe in many different ways. Furthermore, values is objective
since it was inherited to our ancestors ideologies, morals, ethical practices,
cultural beliefs and personal values that is why it should be partnered with
essential actions and corresponding responses to a scenario. Therefore, we
can really say that values is unchangeable as it does not change as time
passes by but only the carries can be subjective on practicing and showing it
to the new generations.
