COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement, made and entered into this __TH day of

_____________, 2016, in the City of Manila, Philippines, by and be-
tween:

ARNOLD MANCAO of legal age, married, Filipin

and working as a surgeon at St. Lukes Medical
Center and resident of Global City, Taguig Phil-
ippines referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

- and -

KAREN MANCAO of legal age, married, Filipino,

working as University Professor at the University
of the Philippines and a resident of Pasay City,
Manila Philippines hereinafter referred to as the
SECOND PARTY;

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is married to the SECOND

PARTY (Reproduced photocopy of the marriage contract is hereto at-
tached as Annex “A)

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY are 25

years married but due to irreconcilable interest they are now separated
de facto.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY have

three (3) minor children namely

A. Dani Mancao - currently a second year college student at St. Benilde,

Alabang.
B. Julia Mancao - third year high school student at St. Paul’s College in
Manila
C. Claudia Mancao - Grade 6 student at St. Paul’s College in Manila

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY has agreed with SECOND PARTY

to give support to the SECOND PARTY and their minor children
NOW, THEREFORE, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND
PARTY hereby agree and covenant that the FIRST PARTY will support
to the SECOND PARTY and their minor children under the following
terms and conditions, to wit:

 1. DATE OF EFFECTIVITY. The said Memorandum of Agreement
executed by parties takes effect upon the signing of this instru-
ment.

2. That custody of the minor children will remain with the SECOND
PARTY.

3. That the FIRST PARTY shall give a monthly allowance to the SEC-
OND PARTY in a sum of sixty thousand pesos (P60,000.00) to
cover their day to day expenses the children’s allowance including
groceries and the children’s needs.

4. That the FIRST PARTY shall pay the 50% tuition fee of the chil-
dren in the schools they are currently enrolled and the SECOND
PARTY shall pay the rest.

5. That the FIRST PARTY shall be allowed once a week by the SEC-
OND PARTY to go out with their children.

6. That in cases of hospitalization and other untoward incidents that

may happen with their children the FIRST PARTY and the SEC-
OND PARTY agrees to divide among themselves proportionally
the expenses incurred.

7. That the FIRST PARTY agrees to lend his Toyota Fortuner 2016
model with plate AAG 6657 to the SECOND PARTY for the pur-
poses of sending the children to school and using it for their chil-
dren’s needs.

8. The parties hereby agree that they willingly, readily and voluntar-
ily enter the covenant and provisions stated herein and that the
same shall be binding to them.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this
