• Minimum 55% marks in graduation
• The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
• The students need to be flexible to get allocated to any Mphasis operating location
• Good analytical skills
• Ready to work in 24/7 support.
Job Description:
• Supports Production support requirement
• Follows defined practices and policies for obtaining effective solutions. Demonstrates an organized
approach to work.
• Able to learn new skills and apply acquired knowledge.
Profile/Designation:
First 12 months- Specialization Trainee at Level 1
Post 12 months- Splz Trainee Infra Engineer at Level-2
CTC Details:
• The candidate will be hired at 'Level 1' for 12 months. Annual CTC INR 140,000/- will be offered.
They will remain at Level 1 for 12 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects.
• The candidate will be moved to 'Level 2' after 12 months and the salary will be revised to Annual
CTC INR 180,000/-.
• The candidate is eligible for salary revision post completion of 24 months based on the
performance.
• Retention Bonus of INR 50,000/- is paid after completing 36 months with Mphasis.
Training agreement: Selected candidates have to sign Training agreement at the time of joining to stay with
us for minimum 24 Months from the date of joining. In case of default an amount of INR 100,000 in full will be
recovered from the employee.
