3. To Identify uncertainties and risks that can occur in the warehouse.
4. To study the loading process and stock management in the warehouse

METHODOLOGY ADOPTED:

1. RESEARCH DESIGN

Descriptive: The design has been used for the purpose of the study The
ideology of using this research design is that the researcher can know more
about the problem being studied and new ideas can be generated.

Primary Data: Structured questionnaire has been used and

discussed personally with the respondents to get their response.

Secondary Data: The secondary data sources utilized are books,

website etc. Has been consulted for obtaining related information.

1. SAMPLING DATA

Sampling Size: A sample size of 100 has been chosen for the study.

Sampling Unit: The Employees of SINDHU CARGO SERVICE

PRIVATE LIMITED were contacted with questionnaire and face to face
interview.

Sampling Technique:

Convenience sampling was used in the company for the purpose to study
so that samples would be divided into dissimilar groups on the basis of
convenience of the learner.

Sampling Procedure:

Samples had been selected by using of Random Sampling method . It is

the method of that sampling includes the choosing of samples on Random
basis.

4. METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION:

Questionnaire:

The questionnaire was framed based on the objective of the project. This
questionnaire was distributed to the Employees SINDHU CARGO
SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED of for the data collection.
 4. TOOLS USED FOR ANALYSIS:

Data was collected from the Employees of SINDHU CARGO SERVICE

PRIVATE LIMITED and the instruments used for the analysis of data
include tabulation, bar graph, and pie chart, simple percentage analysis
