PLAINTIFF by the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully offers in evidence the following documentary and object exhibits for the above titled
case, to wit:

“A” Judicial Affidavit of Little Red To establish the fact that accused
Riding Hood committed the crime of Murder

“B” Judicial Affidavit of Huntsman To establish the fact that accused

was arrested by the Huntsman
through citizen’s arrest for the
murder of Granny
“C" Birth Certificate of Granny To prove Granny’s personal
circumstances such as her name
and date of birth
“D” Entry on Police Blotter written by To establish the fact that the
P03 Josephine Rizal accused Big Bad Wolf previously
made some violent threats to
Granny
“E” Autopsy Report on Granny To establish the fact that Granny,
conducted by Dr. Jose Manalo upon examination of her body by
Dr. Al Go, died from severe blood
loss due to multiple stab wounds on
different parts of her body
“F” Kitchen Knife To establish the fact that the said
kitchen knife was the weapon used
to murder Granny and that it
belonged to the accused Big Bad
Wolf
 WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed to this Honorable
Court that the foregoing documentary and object exhibits be admitted for all purposes for which
each and all said exhibits were being offered in proving the claims of the plaintiff, and with the
formal submission of the aforesaid exhibits coupled with the testimonies of the witnesses who
testified thereon.
