Obiectiv: Imbunatatirea relatiei de prietenie si cunoasterea mai profunda a membrilor echipei prin
intermediul a 6 intalniri pana pe 20 februarie.
Evaluare obiectiv:

Sarah did a nice job with her goals this year. Her communication could be improved. Sarah seems to
enjoy working with customers. She should keep doing what she’s doing and work on being a more
effective communicator.
Development actions: Communicate better with management. Take a class found in the learning hub.
Maria had outstanding results from the six sigma project; exceeded the target goals that were initially
set, leading to improved productivity metrics. Terrific achievement on revenue growth target and site
metrics; launched sale 2 months ahead of schedule. Great feedback on web re-design. Maria gets great
results with significant and positive impact to the business. She tackles the unknown and quickly steps
into tough situations or areas where there is a gap in leadership and takes charge to deliver results.
Maintains a positive outlook and juggles multiple priorities (redesign, merchandise launch, marketing
projects). Consistently willing to take on new challenges. She is a role model for the team and I
appreciate all her hard work this year.
Development actions: Maria has all the tools to be a great leader. Will gain experience leading larger
teams and integrating information from multiple sources on Project ABC. Attend ISM conference and
bring learnings back to the team (Q2). Mentor 2 new hires this year.
