NONECO

DETAILS OF INVESTIGATION :

At about 1225H, June 15, 2019, FO1 Hezamae T Gerale received information from
security guard Mr. Jenrey Requiron, (walk-in) of NONECO personally notify this station
that there was a fire on progress inside the NONECO compound. Immediately, JIANGTE
FT driven by FO1 Victor Noel P Candia together with FO1 Alexis P Celis and FV Arnold
Lausin responded to said call. Upon arrival, fire fighters conducted firefighting operation
in order to blaze the fire. At around 1308H LDDRRMO arrived at fire scene driven local
Nissan Fire Truck and began their firefighting in order to give assistance and to confine
the fire. At around 1330H fire ground commander declared fire out in view of total
extinguishment of fire.

In addition to the investigation, according to Mr. Roger Demetillo a utility of NONECO at


around 7:00 o’clock in the morning he saw a small fume but no presence of fire coming
from burned area which is mixed with garbage beside the pull out transformer at around
12:20 in the afternoon, Mr. Ernie Catadman, on duty security guard came out from his post
to conduct roving but he was surprised that there was a huge fire from scrap area.

The motive of fire incident is undetermined and the case still under investigation.
