Web based Electronic Patient Records Management System is a
comprehensive Patient care related Clinical Information System meant
for Doctors to enable quick review of previous medical history of
Patients & Provide better quality treatment to the Patients. It offers
physicians the diverse capabilities they need to run their OPD Clinics
efficiently by facilitating storage of digitized Images of Films & Patient
photographs for each patient with detailed diagnostic reports.

Search Medical Record in just 4 steps as shown below:

By default everybody can access medical records in the system based on pre-defined
search rights. The system was designed with this thing in mind. So the default screen
is a login screen which directly takes you to the Patient Record Search. The top blue
menu facilitates you for easy navigation for trial and testing purpose. Security is not
implemented in this demo system. Final implementation would carry tight security.

This module performs three different functions namely, Patient Administration,
Patient Information, Nursing Care activities management and interacts with
data from other departments such as Diagnostic Center, Blood Bank,

Charge to allocate and release beds, notify Transfers, Discharges and Other
