Infotech India Pvt.Ltd (The telecom IT offshore unit of
Mobily Etihad Etisalat, a Riyadh based 2nd largest GSM service
provider in Saudi Arabia).

Centre
• Enabled various HR processes to come into effect in the
Organization – such as Recruitment, Campus placement,
Selection tests, Exit interviews, Leave and Attendance
Management and Performance Management etc.
• Defined and implemented a systematic ,performance
Oriented and Grade-Based career growth and succession
scheme.
• Devised and implemented Policies, Procedures and
systems for lateral growth, continuing education etc.
• Prepared role descriptions and expectations as part of
comprehensive Performance Management. Put in a
quarterly goal setting process as part of Annual
Performance Review process.
• Ramped up the Manufacturing Operations and ASIC
design teams
• Facilitated the Growth of Mixed Signal Product

the preliminary designs of the National Channel Partner
