THEME 1. ARRANGE THE THEME IN SEQUENCE/CYCLES/SERIES. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU PUT IN THE THEME OF SALVATION FOR THE MONTH OF JULY,
THEN THE NEXT MONTH SHOULD BE A THEME THAT SHOULD BE A CONTINUATION OR A FOLLOW-UP OF THAT THEME. SO FOR AUGUST, YOU CAN PUT IN SPIRITUAL GROWTH.
SPEAKERS 2. PRIORITIZE IVCF GRADUATES/PROFESSIONALS WHEN CONSIDERING SPEAKERS. AFTER IVCF GRADS, CONSIDER CREDIBLE PASTORS. THEN CREDIBLE ELDERS AT THE CHURCH.
FACILITATORS 3. ASSIGNING OF FACILITATORS SHOULD BE APPOINTING A PERSON WHO WILL BE IN-CHARGE OF OVERSEEING THE WHOLE PROGRAM FOR A PARTICULAR FELLOWSHIP.
ACTIVITIES 4. FOR THE ACTIVITIES OF SMALL GROUP AND LARGE GROUP FELLOWSHIPS, CONSIDER ACTIVITES THAT ARE RELATED TO THE THEME AND TOPIC FOR THAT MONTH.
PRAYERTIME 5. THINK OF A SPECIFIC PRAYER ITEM/ITEMS OR EVENTS THAT NEEDS INTERCESSION. THINK OF CREATIVE WAYS HOW TO GO ABOUT WITH THE PROGRAM FOR THE DAY OF PRAYER.
PROJECTS 6. THINK OF PROJECTS THAT THE FELLOWSHIP CAN DO WITHIN THE YEAR OR WITHIN A MONTH.
CAMPS 7. LIST CAMPS/WORKSHOPS THAT THE MEMBERS AN ATTEND FOR SPIRITUAL ENRICHMENT AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING.
CONSIDER CHURCH CAMPS OR OTHER CHRISTIAN EVENTS LOCALLY OR ON A NATIONAL LEVEL.

BIBLE STUDY Jan-Mar
 Remarks
The Executive Committee will invite students
to attend the Acquaintance Party.
There will be a general meeting to discuss
the flow of the program for the Acquaintance Party.
The members will be split into 3-7 persons per group
and will be introduced to the Basics of a Small
Group Fellowship.
The members will have a picnic inside the campus.
Launching of Interest Groups will also be done
during this time.
The members will be introduced to the Come and
Grow Workbook to be used as the Material for
Bible Study which will be conducted by our Adviser,
Sir JP Trasporto. The Executive Committee will
assist him.
We will invite Ptr. Love Joy Quimpo-Leysa to discuss
our chosen topic.
We will have a first session on small group fellowship
using the material from IVCF compiled by our former
Staff, Mary Rose Mutya-Capuno. This will be handled
by the Executive Committee and selected students
who are trained in leading the meeting.
The members will be split into their interest groups
that will include workshops on Guitar playing, Arts and
Crafts, Dance, Journalism and Cosmetology. This will
be conducted by the Executive Committee and other
members selected who are proficient in teaching
the basic skills.
The members will have their first session on Bible Study
using the Come and Grow Workbook to be conducted
by our Adviser, Sir JP Trasporto. The Executive
Committee will assist him.
We will invite Ptr. Roger Quimpo to discuss the topic
we chose.
We will have our second session on small group
fellowship.
This will cover Guitar playing, dance, arts and crafts,
journalism and cosmetology.
Second Session on Come and Grow Workbook.
We will invite Prof. Alfredo Diaz to discuss the chosen
topic.
We will have our third session on small group
fellowship.
We will have our closing fellowship for the semester.
Our Adviser will discuss the topic.
