 GITIKA KISHANCHANDANI

Gitika, an MPhil in English Literature, believes that the

vision for learning in the 21st century must be to align
student learning outcomes with skill-based teaching.
She took to teaching with a natural flair and ability
and has empowered close to ten thousand children
over thirty years across curricula- ICSE and

Co -Founder Cambridge. As the Founding Principal of a leading

South Mumbai school, she guided teachers and
students through the affiliation process and is now
committed to creating centres of academic
excellence in her journey ahead as
Co-Founder of KA. She is also on the board of the
Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Bombay
Teachers’ Training College, Mumbai and Vice
President of the Early Childhood Association (ECA). A
compassionate, ‘life-long learner’, her passion for
teaching English coupled with her love for all things
literary, will one day enable her to author her own
book.
 FATIMA AGARKAR
State and University topper, Fatima has an MBA and began her
journey in the corporate world and then transitioned to the
education world. She was adjudged Education World’s “Top 50
Young Educators” in 2014. She is also the recipient of several
awards for outstanding contribution to education in 2013, 2015,
the most recent being the Young Achiever’s Award in March 2017
and Singapore based, Best of Asia’s, ‘Enterprising Educator in
2018’. As an entrepreneur, she was adjudged, ‘Best Edupreneur
2019 and Best Leadership’ by Progressive Academic Excellence –
India (Maharashtra) 2019 and one of the 10th finest inspirational

Co -Founder educators in 2019 by TKR, India. Commerzbank, Times of India and

Egon Zender International as diverse organizations were the
perfect foundation before she was involved in the set-up of
several premier K-12 national and international schools in Mumbai
as Managing Trustee and Director of an educational start up.
Having gathered tremendous experience as a result of managing
18 national and international schools in this role, including pre-
schools and a school for children with learning difficulties, Fatima
as Co-Founder of KA EduAssociates, now aims to create more
opportunities for stakeholders in the education space with a
passion for consultancy, teacher training, special needs and
sports. In the past 2 and a half years, she has led the team to set
up 9 consultancy projects pan India – 4 national and international
high schools, and 5 pre-schools, each catering to the vision of
what the founders specify. Pioneering, “out of box” and a risk
taker, Fatima’s love for children defines her passion for the team
she leads. Fatima is also the Vice President for the Early Childhood
Association in India, a forum for the network of pre-schools in
India; Advisory Board Member of Lit O Fest – Mumbai Chapter, a
literary arts festival bringing young writers together and
Wockhardt Foundation. A key note speaker and a jury member
for educational wards, Fatima’s passion for parenting and student
engagement simply states her love for 21st century learning.

Our experience and expertise with customised
curriculum design from macro to micro has been well
