Electrical trail runs are going on auto trail runs are pending
CC-101, CC-102, CC-103, CC-104, CC-105, CC-106, CC-107, CC108, CC-125, CC-126, CC-
127, CC-128 & CC-129 Auto trail runs completed along with yard machine
interlocks

MW-1 to MW-4 Auto Run is completed on 27/05/2015, Pending weigh feeders in Sinter
Plant is also completed
ALL equipments in Base mix Area Auto trail runs are completed

Successfully completed the PG Test for M/s SANDVIK BRC from 03.04.15 to 05.04.15.
And PrAC issued on 24.07.2015
Commissioned successfully.Now BRC is in under production

Cable laying and termination for all feeders in 1-2LBDS8 has completed and
communication with SAS panel, HMI development are in progress
Substation Automation System (SAS) were commissioned on 10.02.2017 and PAC was
issued on 22.02.2017.
PG test of Plant Electrics & Automation of Material Distribution Plant (MDP) were
successfully carried out from 20-09-2016 to 22-09-2016 and PG test of Plant
Electrics & Automation of Base Mix Preparation(BMP) were successfully carried out
from 14-09-2016 to 16-09-2016.
(i)PG test of Plant Electrics & Automation of Ore Handling Plant (OHP) were
successfully carried out from 13-10-2016 to 15-10-2016.
(ii) PG test of Plant Electrics & Automation of Coal Handling Plant (CHP) were
successfully carried out from 19-01-2017 to 21-01-2017.

Power and control Cable has been laid and cable termination, Programing and HMI
development is under progress.
Modification of conveyor CO-76 to CO-76R and auto trail runs were successfully
completed. Subsequently, Part PAC was issued on 31.03.2017.

Power and control Cable laying and termination has been completed. Programing and
HMI development is under progress.
Auto trail runs of DSS-101, DSS-103, Compressor House-3, AF-1A, AF-2A, SCO-1A and
interlocks with WT-4 were successfully completed.

Nearly 97 % of full PAC has been achieved.

Issue of all Part PAC for M/s Siemens has been completed. Date of Commissioning on
24-03-2017. Further, issue of Part PrAC (for Passenger Elevator in 1-15LC1) was
also completed.

PG test of Fire Detection system-FDA for 19 buildings completed before 30-06-17.

Main PLC panel in PRMS-2 control room charged on 20-06-2017. RIO panel at BF-1
control room charged and communication established with main PLC in PRMS-2 control
room on 20-07-17. RIO panel at BF-2 control room charged and communication
established with main PLC in PRMS-2 control room on 22-07-17

BF-1 LP stream with Oxygen charged on 08-11-17 BF-1 HP stream with Oxygen charged
on 23-11-17 BF-2 LP stream with Oxygen charged on 15-12-2017 BF-2 HP stream to be
charged with Oxygen after receipt of clearance from Works Dept.
Erection of valves and Field Instruments, cable laying, termination has been
completed and IO checking, development of Programming and HMI is under progress.

IO checking and interlock checking are completed. BF-1 LP stream trail run with
Nitrogen completed on 06-10-2017 BF-1 HP stream trail run with Nitrogen completed
on 16-10-2017. BF-2 LP stream trail runs with Nitrogen completed on 19-10-2017 BF-2
HP stream trail runs with Nitrogen completed on and 21-10-2017

Prepared all necessary protocols of IO checking, Pneumatic ON-OFF valves and

control valves checking, interlocks checking and auto sequence operation of
individual streams.

Completion of balance PG Test for Plant Electrics and automation of RMHP Package
executed by Siemens. Excellent Coordination for erection and commissioning
activities for PRMS2 package.

1. Blender cum Reclaimer (M/s SANDVIK) in Ore Handling Palnt of RMHP is

successfully commissioned and soomthly handed over to RMHP works.
2. Actively particeptaed in commissioning of Plant Electrics & Automation of
Conveyor System in Base Mix Prepartion (BMP) under 6.3 MTPA .
3. Actively particeptaed in commissioning of Plant Electrics & Automation of
Conveyor System in Material Distribution Plant (MDP) under 6.3 MTPA
4. Actively particeptaed in commissioning of Plant Electrics & Automation of
Conveyor System under 6.3 MTPA and Replacement of old PLC with New PLC(SIEMENS)for
all existing conveyors in Ore Handling Plant(OHP).
5. Actively particeptaed in commissioning of Plant Electrics & Automation of
Conveyor System under 6.3 MTPA and Replacement of old PLC with New PLC(SIEMENS)for
all existing conveyors in Coal Handling Plant(CHP) .
6. Successfully commissioned FDA system in MDP,BMP,CHP, OHP areas.
7. Actively particeptaed in commissioning of Aircondition and Ventilation system
in MDP,BMP,CHP, OHP areas.
8. Actively particeptaed in commissioning of Pressue Reducing and Monetering
Systrem (PRMS-2) of LP & HP Streams for both BF-1 & BF-2 plants.
9. Actively particeptaed in commissioning of Ore Tippler � 4 (OT-4) and Ore
Tippler � 5 (OT-5) in RMHP area.

10. Actively particeptaed in commissioning of Zero Discharge Projecr. Successfully

completed 72 hrs Integrated Trial runs of RO/UF-004 plant.
