Introduction
A cyclic connection exists between body – mind – soul in the human system that influence one on
another. Wellness is not just having a healthy diets, but also to maintain equilibrium and harmony of
this cyclic connection that leads to healthy body, peaceful mind and energetic soul in the life. Diet is
the only input to the body, that diet becomes our body and determines the health of the body. Balanced
diet is nothing but eating the right food, in the right quantity, with the right attitude and at the right
time. So study about the diets is nothing but the study for the healthy body.
Conclusion
In this article, the importance of foods along with its consequences on body, mind and soul is well
explained. Human's characteristics is a complex interplay of these constructive, passionate and
destructive characteristics in varying proportions. This varying characteristics formed by the varying
diet that is carried to body, mind and soul.
