I, VILMA CAIMOL ARMADO, of legal age, American citizen with

address at Royal Subd., San Juan 11, Gen. Trias, Cavite, Philippines, do hereby
NAME, CONSITUTE and APPOINT CARLA ROBLEDO NAPOLES, of legal age,
Filipino and a resident of 820 L23 Ph 2 Landmass Park Subd., Biga, Tanza,
Cavite, Philippines , to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT for me in
name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To pay my annual report fee at the Bureau of Immigration;

2. To file and process my application for the renewal of my ACR I-

Card as holder of Permanent Resident Visa under Section 13(a)
at the Bureau of Immigration, to pay my immigration fees, to
execute affidavit or letter request if necessary, to claim/receive
my ACR I-Card and other documents upon release, to sign and
do whatever necessary things as I may be required thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full and

authority to do and perform each and every act which may be necessary or
proper, in connection with any of the foregoing as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do, if personally present and acting in
person;

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-

in-Fact may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
