Detailed Report:

Rishabh Instruments is a meter producing (Analog, digital and electro-mechanical assembly) firm. We
started off to Rishabh instruments on 08/07/2019 at 2:30PM. We reached there by 3:00 PM. After the
security formalities at the main gate, we were escorted into the conference room.

From the conference room we were headed towards the Analog, Digital, PCB and Solar Invertor assembly
units and provided us with briefing on their product lines. All the technical as well as managerial aspects
were explained and demonstrated by the corresponding departmental Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Technical:

 Batch Production layout and work station specifications


 Details about product specifications and standards
 Live Manufacturing and Printing of PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) by dedicated machines:
- FUJI-XP 2416 (Pick & Place Machine)
- EKRA-XY (Fully auto-screen printing machine)
- Yamaha HSDXg (Glue Dispensing)
- EMS SoldAMIX (Soldering)
 Assembly of Cam switches, Analog and Digital meters, PCBs and Solar Inverters.
 Quality Testing and Quality Control process.
 Labelling and Packaging of finished products along with user manual, technical specifications etc.

Managerial:

 Use of ERP, SAP for Material Management.


 Demand Finalization and Production Planning
 Process Optimization and Defect Control
