INQUIRY CONCERNING A JUDGE RE: VEGINA T. HAWKINS

NO. 19-351

As recommended by the Judicial Qualifications Commission, Judge Vegina

T. Hawkins is hereby immediately suspended from office without pay pending
disposition of this proceeding.
The effective date of suspension shall be as of 5:00 p.m. on the date of this
order. The Court Administrator for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit shall submit a
personnel action request (PAR) form to the Personnel Office of the Office of State
Courts Administrators for processing.
