STANDARD FINAL AMENITIES LIST FOR PROJECTS (BTS)

A PRELIMINARY WORKS AND ENABLING WORKS


NOTE :
1. All Approvals (Statutory requirements) to be obtained by Developer for carrying out Borewell Works.
2. Temporary Power connection for required Load for ASL to be provided by Developer; Temporary Power to be disconnected only after written confirmation of ASL.
3. All necessary Tests to be carried out by the Developer as per the Relavant IS Codes.
4. All works will have to be carried out as per BOQ Specifications, Latest GFC Drawings, Contract Agreement Document and Relavant IS Codes.
5. The Developer will have to ensure Green Building Certification Compliances.
6. The Developer will have to ensure HSE Compliances as per ASL HSE Specifications.
7. The Developer will have to carryout the Lab Test of the Construction Water as per the Relavant IS Codes, to find its suitabilty.

NOTE :

5. The Developer will have to carryout the Lab Test of the Construction Water as per the Relavant IS Codes, to find its suitabilty.
6. Anti Termite Treatment to be carried out by PCI only.
7. The Developer will have to provide 10 Years Warantee against the Anti Termite Treatment Works in Legal Bond Paper.
8. The Developer will have to ensure Green Building Certification Compliances.
9. The Developer will have to ensure HSE Compliances as per ASL HSE Specifications

2 Anti-Termite Treatment Anti-Termite Treatment (ATT by Pest Control of India) All works will have to be carried out as per BOQ Specifications, Latest GFC Drawings and Contract Agreement Document. CIVIL WORKS BOQ Item No. - A.5 1) ATT works to be provided at all area where the Soil is
