Subject: Information sought under RTI Act-2005
Madam,
Please refer to your RTI application dated 25/6/2019 received by answering
CPIO on 26/6/2019, seeking information related to Group of Ministers constituted
by Central Government on 24/10/2018 to examine the existing legal and
institutional frameworks for dealing with matters of sexual harassment of women
at the work place.
2. It is to inform you that with the constitution of seventeenth Lok Sabha and
formation of new Government, said Committee is no longer in existence.
Moreover, required information is exempted from disclosure u/s 8(i) of the RTI
Act -2005.
