RESOLUTION NO: 2019- 03

WHEREAS, Rule II, section 5 of the BJMP Manual Revised 2015 provides:

Section 7 – AUTHORIZED DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS/MEASURES FOR PDLs

– a Disciplinary Board is hereby authorized to implement disciplinary punishment for
PDL to any of the following disciplinary punishments:

a. Reprimand;
b. Temporary or permanent cancellation of some or all recreational privileges;
c. Reduction of visiting time;
d. Close confinement in a cell, provided that this unit punishment shall be
imposed in the case of an incorrigible inmate, when other disciplinary
measures had been proven ineffective control;
e. Transfer to other BJMP jail in the area, in coordination with the court; and
f. Recommended partial or full forfeiture of Good Conduct and Time
Allowance

WHEREAS, it is our policy to firmly enforce disciplinary actions to erring PDL/s

and considering the urgency of this matter should be addressed immediately, the Board
convened to hear the violation committed by PDL Harish Baldemora in violation of BJMP
manual fall under grave offense to wit;

1. Figthing, causing any disturbance or participating therein and/or agitating to

cause such disturbance or riot;

WHEREAS, PDL Harish Balbemora violated the jail Rules and Regulation by way
of threatening his co-PDL and further create disturbance not only to his co- PDLs but also
to duty BJMP personnel.

 WHEREAS, after deliberation and review, the Board unanimously agreed to
impose disciplinary actions in accordance with existing disciplinary guidelines.

WHEREFORE, premises considered and in line with the standards of discipline

and to the best interest of peace and order within the Los Banos Municipal Jail it is hereby
resolve to recommend to the Jail Warden of this unit disciplinary sanctions to PDL Harish
Baldemora the cancellation of visiting privileges for three (3) weeks, forfeiture of Good
Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) for one (1) month, and cancellation of other recreation
activities for one (1) month.

All duty personnel to include the Assistant warden shall cause the implementation
of the resolution and report to the undersigned any violation that may be committed by
the afore-cited PDL during the whole period of their sanctions.
