Candidates are hereby informed to deposit the fees and bring the original documents for
final verification between 17th July, 2019 to 20th July, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M.
The candidates to bring the following documents:

 10th Mark sheet and pass Certificate (Original and two sets of photocopy)
 12th Mark sheet and pass Certificate (Original and two sets of photocopy)
 LLB Mark sheet and pass Certificate (Original and two sets of photocopy)
 CLAT Admit card (downloaded copy)
 CLAT Mark sheet/Score card issued by CLAT (Downloaded copy)
 Undertaking (Will be provided during admission process)
 Application form (Will be provided during admission process)
 UGC Undertaking (Will be provided during admission process)
 Parents Undertaking (Will be provided during admission process and to be submitted
later)
 Aadhar card (Original and two sets of photocopy)
 Caste Certificate (Original and two sets of photocopy, If applied under reserved category)
 Gujarat domicile certificate (Original and two sets of photocopy, If applied under reserved
category)

(The candidates may categorically note that the University reserves the right to reject the
applications in case there is any discrepancy in the submission of any documents)

The candidates are further requested to note that:

 This intimation and participation in the process is purely PROVISIONAL and does not
give any right to admission in GMU till the payment of the fees.
 The Academic session will start as planed from 29th July 2019 in case of any change
the same will be intimated to the candidates accordingly.
 Participation in the process is essential for further consideration of application.
o Admission shall be strictly on the basis of CLAT merit
o It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that he/she fulfils the
requirements which are stipulated in the admission advertisement. If the
candidate is unable to meet any of the requirements as per admission
advertisement, his/her candidature will stand automatically cancelled.
