Mother’s patient : “Good morning, nurse”

Nurse : “Good morning. Ok what is your name ?”
Mother’s patient : “My name is rizki. I am mother of her. She is herfira”
Nurse : “What can I do for you ?”
Mother’s patient :”I will meet dr. Augia. What time I can meet her, nurse ?”
Nurse :”You can meet her in the morning at eight to twelve and in the
afternoon at four to six o’clock.
Mother’s patient :”Ok. I will meet her on Monday about ten o’clock with my child.
Thanks for your information nurse”
Nurse :”yes. You are welcome”

Part 2 : (In the next day on Monday at ten o’clock .Mother’s patient and Patient come back to
the Hospital to meet dr. Augia )

Mother’s patient :”Good morning doc”

Doctor :”Good morning. Sheat down please. What can I do for you ?”
Mother’s patient :”Doc. My child feel pain in head”
Doctor :” Oh ok. What is your name ?”
Patient :” My name is Herfira doc”
Doctor :”What do you feel right now?”
Patient :”I feel headhace”
Doctor :”Your head, hurts?”
Patient :”Yes doc. After fall from motorcycle. I felt my head is pain.”
Doctor :”Would you show me the location of your pain? Is it in the part left or
right?”
Patient :”It’s in part left doc. Is’n here ....”
Doctor :”Do you feel pain when you looking for right or left ?”
Patient :”Yes. I feel pain when I see the right and left, So what’s happen doc?”
Doctor :”I think you may have problem in your neck and your head. Ok. I
think better you should take care in here for a few days, now advisable
you go to admission room to fill admission form and go to nurse
room.”
Patient :”Ok Doc. I will go to there. Thank you doc”
Doctor :”Oke. You are welcome”

Part 3 : ( at fifteen o’clock after admission room, in nurse room)

Nurse :”Good morning, my name is salma i’ll take care of you in here”
Patient :”Good morning nurse”
Nurse : “Ok. There’s recipe from a doctor must be taken in fharmachy mom”
Mother’s patient : “ok nurse. Can I put in this hospital fharmacy ?”
Nurse :”yes”
Patient : “thank you nurse”
Nurse :” you are welcome”
Patient : “oh yeah, what should i do ? this pain successful makes me hurt to
sleep”
Nurse :” hmm is compressed to pain that feel warm water”
Mother’s patient : “I’ll prepare warm water to compress him every feels pain”
Nurse :” yeah, good job. Ok. I’ll permition”
Mother’s patient : “ok nurse. Thank you”
Nurse :”you are welcome”

Part 4 : ( after few days )

Mother’s Patient :” Good morning nurse”

Nurse :” Good morning”
Mother’s patient :”How is condition of my child now nurse”
Nurse :“This condition of patient feel better. I have a applied infusion and
bandaged in this hurt, so now you should measure blood pleasure”
Mother’s patient :”Ok. Nurse”
Nurse : “ you're welcome, if you don't ask question i'll permition bye”
