Instructions to Students
1. This examination consists of 2 pages and 6 questions.
2. Time allowed for this examination is from 18 June 2019 to 26 June 2019 as explained in
notes.
3. Sanctions will be given to those students who are not following the examination rules.
4. The number to the corresponding question must be written correctly.
5. Students are to use proper English and are required to write neatly and clearly.
6. This is an assignment or taken home examination.
7. Students are allowed to use calculator.
8. Students are allowed to use any dictionary.
9. The exam must be done individually. Plagiarism or using someone else to complete this
final exam is forbidden.

Please select a company that you know it well (it can be your company or your company
idea), develop a new product for this company starting from product your selected customers
needs, wants and demands. Write a paper about your plan starting from this considerations
and assumptions with structure as follows:

A. INTRODUCTION (5%)
(Write about the company, its scope and profile, size of the company, the problems
that you want to solve and the objectives of the paper.

B. MEASUSE OF ORGANIZATION EFFECTIVENESS (20%)

C. ENVIRONMENT, TECHNOLOGY, SIZE AND STRATEGY IDENTIFICATION

(20%)
(Identify Relevant Environment, Technology, Size and Organization Strategy for
Organization Design)

D. ORGANIZATION BUSINESS PROCESSES (LEVEL-1) (20%)

(Set Organization Design (Including Structure, Span of Control and Design for the
Selected Company According to Your Opinion)

E. PROPOSE ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE AND DESIGN (30%)

(Set Organization Design (Including Structure, Span of Control and Organic or
Mechanistic Design According to Your Opinion)

F. CONCLUSION (5%)
