Application

An adequate water treatment program is necessary to convert scale-forming

impurities into non-adhering sludge, preventing loss of energy efficiency and eventual
boiler tube failure. Bottom blow-off eliminates non-adhering sludge and accumulated
sediment.

Benefits

Individual hydrostatic and seat leakage testing, as well as mechanical, metallographic,

and 8.000 cycle lot testing guarantee product quality. Test resports are delivered with
each order and uploaded in TECVAL´S asset administration software for adequate
product traceability.

Install valve making sure lever or handwheel is on the discharge side. Provide enough lever clearance
with boiler body to ensure easy access and full open-close operation; check dimensions.
