RATIONALE:

The SangguniangKabataan Reform Act of 2015 ( Republic Act No. 10742)

affirms the role of the Filipino Youth in nation building. The SK should be
an inspiration to the youth as a model of moral ethical, and prudent-making
in the management of public funds and righteous leaders of today and
tomorrow. To make them more aware of their roles, functions and moral
obligations in the community, hence, this training is conceptualized.
In line with this, the SangguniangKabataan Council of Bugasongan,
Lezo, Aklan will conduct a Leadership Training for SK on October 07, 2018
at the Bugasongan Multi-purpose Pavement. This one day activity aims to
empower our youth sector to become resilient,and productive citizens and
leaders of today and tomorrow.

II. OBJECTIVES

1. To educate and train our youth to become an effective and righteous

leader of the community.
2. To let them aware of the role of the youth and youth leaders in the
community.
3. To let them aware the prevalent moral issue of the youth.

III. ACTIVITIES

Leadership Training

7:00 – 8:00 am: Registration

8: 00 –8: 30 am : Opening Program
8:30 – 9: 00 am : Leveling of Expection
9: 00 – 10: 00am : Topic Proper

IV. PARTICIPANTS
Expected participants shall be composed of 102 pax including Barangay &
SK Councils and1 Guest Speaker and Resource Speaker.

V. DATE AND VENUE

The activity will be conducted on October 07, 2018 at Bugasongan Multi-

purpose Pavement, Lezo, Aklan.
