Project: IBM India Pvt. Ltd. Territory Manager Update.

Software Environment: Modern JAVA/CICS/Cobol/DB2/MVS/ESA, FOCUS, JCL, VSAM, DB2,
IMS DB/DC, IDMS, CA7 Job scheduler, CHANGEMAN, FILE-AID, SPUFI, QMF, REMEDY.

 Involved in resolving the tickets raised by the user based on the priority.
 Prepared the system test plans and setting up the test data and testing and bug fixing.
 Created the Executed JOBS, PROCS and Control cards in test Environment
 Includes development and enhancement of the system and also providing 24X7 technical
support for the critical applications and ensure smooth business functioning.
 Involved in preparation of JCL documentation to set up in system test environment.

Project: IBM HWRC Customer Service Model development where customer sensitivity
feedback is updated on the daily basis.
Software Environment: IBM mainframe , Modern JAVA, CICS, Cobol MVS, CA DATACOPM/
IDEAL, PANVALET, VSAM, CICS, JCL, FTP, SYNCSORT , EZTRIEVE, MQ, ISYNC,DB2,
SAS,NDM, etc.,
Provide deployment lifecycle management for mainframe applications program (billing and
feeback of HWRC) work with designated project manager to perform assigned tasks that are
related to the Quality Assurance testing of version Business mainframe application programs.
The programs are being upgraded to new software release levels for systems components such
as database, CICS, COBOL versions and others.

 Responsible for Analyzing of various IDEAL panels and feed files.

merger with client’s legacy sytem.

 Designed and deployed Custom tabs, Custom Objects, Components, Visual Force Pages,
validation rules, Approval Processes and Auto-Response Rules for automating business logic.
 Worked with standard Salesforce objects like Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Cases and
Opportunities.
 Created workflow rules and defined related tasks, email alerts, and field updates.
 Implemented pick lists, dependent pick lists, lookups, master detail relationships, and Record
Types to enforce data quality Setup Marketing Campaigns, Assignment rules, Web-to-Lead and
Auto-Response rules.
 Worked with Dynamic Apex to access Objects and Field describe information, execute dynamic
SOQL, SOSL and DML queries.
 Add methods that can be called from Visualforce pages to Controller Extensions.
