Each thesis must be arranged in the following order:

Initial Pages:
1. Title Page (Outer title page).
2. Title Page (Inner title page).
3. Declaration Page.
4. Plagiarism understanding. Do not place a page number on it.
5. Certificate Page.
6. Certificate of Approval.
7. DedicationPage.
8. Table of Content.

9. List of Tables:
10. List of Figures: Begin placing pretext lowercase
11. List of Illustrations/Maps/Slides: Roman numerals at the bottom of
12. Acknowledgements and/or PrefacePage: this page For example: i, ii, iii, iv,
13 Abstract or Summary Page: v, .... and so on.

Description regarding Text Pages:

1.Main Chapters: All pages from the first text page of Chapter 1 through the last page of the
thesis should be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals, beginning with Arabic
numerals, i.e. "1, 2, 3, 4, ... and so on”. Page numbers should be centered one inch from the
bottom of the page.
2. Aims and Objectives of the Study Page: Continue page numbering with Arabic numerals. A
brief and to the point, aims and objectives page should follow the introduction and review but
not later than materials and methods chapter. The page should clearly highlight main aims and
objectives of the study in bullets.
3. Conclusion and Future Prospects: Continue page numbering with Arabic numerals. Include
the key conclusions in bullets or highlights and also provide the future directions or
recommendations from the work.
4. References or Bibliography: Continue page numbering with Arabic numerals.
5. Appendix: Continue page numbering with Arabic numerals. The appendix pages are the last
pages of the thesis and must be listed in the Table of Contents.
