tube assembly
stand guide

The generator is shipped in Table to facilitate transport and

installation.
Upon receipt of the X-ray unit and associated equipment,
inspect all shipping containers for signs of damage. If
damage is found, notify the carrier or his agent
immediately.

braker stopper

Insert the plate

Insert the stopper.
Connect the braker at both guide and fixed after release the bolt adjust the space (about 2mm
spacing)

Connect the rail.

Connect the stand-guide.
Insert the rail-supporter.

9
Centering weight

Fixing bolt

Insert stand to stand-guide and tightened the bolt.

(It must fixed with adjust make the table level with the stand..)

A angle

B angle

A angle = B angle Side-view

Fix the center weight and remove two fixing bolt.

(when pull out the bolt , the center weight will slowly down)

10
connect the tube to the stand.
connect the doct.
input the wire inner rail space and pull out.
connect the wire to the connecter.
(warning : when assembling, be careful not cutting the wire of the connecter)

11
Assemble front and back case.

insert rail-cover into rail and sticking.

(Release the dish-head-bolt and tighten with the rail-cover by the bolt.)

Cable Connection
Two types(high voltage cable and 10p cable) are used. When you are connecting
high voltage cable, be careful of its polarity.
*CAUTION: Cable must be connected deep into the hole.

7. Installation trouble shooting

7.1 bucky stand trouble shooting

14
1) locker interval(top cover off)

two bolts release and calibrate..

(doing move bucky device)

2)If x-ray film image moved, you should fix bucky to wall

first, remove bolts(1) and top cover off

second fix “S”plate to top cover(2)cover on..
