Ever since my first day of Grade 11 Accounting class, I knew I wanted to become a CA,
although at the time I knew very little about what CA designation meant. For me, know-
ing from an early age I wanted to do my CA, now it was time to determine fit. Once I
met the PwC representatives on campus, I knew exactly where I belonged. Now, after
having spent a whole summer with PwC, I can proudly say that I am a part of the PwC
experience.

During my summer term, I had the opportunity to work in various industries of particular
interest to me, PwC is great in the allow me to get a wide variety of experiences without
having to specialize right away. This past summer I had the opportunity to work on various Not for Profit clients as well
as a large investment management client. As a summer intern, I had very little expectations at the beginning, but the
amount of trust and faith that PwC showed towards me was unbelievable. Through the various coaching programs at the
firm I always felt comfortable asking questions and learning the PwC approach. The best part of my work experience: I
had the chance to perform interim audit review of mutual funds from start to end for one of the largest financial institu-
tions in Canada.

However, at PwC, work is not the only priority; getting to know your peers, socializing, and playing Ultimate Frisbee and
Golf is also very important. This is why every other Friday, the firm had planned „Friday Sessions‟ for the interns. To
make a long story short, every other Friday, our work was to have the time of our lives. From the inter-firm Ultimate Fris-
bee tournament, to boot camp to Karaoke and salsa dancing, we did it all! It was moments like these, and the people at
the firm that made my internship experience so unforgettable. If I could turn back time, I would definitely do it all over
