It is to inform that R&B Department has posed the following two projects
to New Development Bank (NDB) through DEA, GOI to a tune of Rs 3200 crores
each with the loan assistance of 70:30 sharing.
1. Andhra Pradesh Roads and Bridges Reconstruction Project
2. Andhra Pradesh Mandal Connectivity and Rural Connectivity
Improvement Project (APMCRCIP)
The New Development Bank in principle has agreed the above proposals
and requested for taking further necessary action in this office.
Government of Andhra Pradesh accorded approval for obtaining loan
assistance from NDB vide reference 1st cited.
Consultancy services for preparation of DPRs were engaged in six
packages and government have accorded administrative sanction for Rs 45.0811
crores vide reference 2nd cited.
In this context it is submitted that budgetary allotment is made in the
following heads of accounts for the year 2018-19 as follows (copy enclosed)

The vote on account budgetary allotment for the year 2019-20 is made as
follows.

But the head of account 5054-04-337-03-10-530-531 is available in the

TRB 05 account i.e., in APRDC.
As the government has approved the above two projects under NDB, the
head of account 5054-04-337-03-10-530-531 may be transferred to TRB 07 i.e.,
to Rural Roads of R&B in order to utilize the account for payment to be made to
the works to be taken up under the above two projects.
