Vision of the University : A premier multidisciplinary—technological university.

30. Provide food & beverage service and manage the operation seamlessly based on industry standards;
Course Description : The students will focus on the development of students understanding and comprehension about the legal aspects of tourism
and hospitality. This course will examine the framework and covers key principles of law applicable to hospitality, tourism and
related industries.
Course Learning Outcomes: At the end of the course the students can:
1. Explain the Tourism Industry including an overview of its history.
2. Explain the meaning and importance of tourism.
3. Explain the Psychology of Travel including Maslow’s hierarchy of need and the classification of travel based on
personality.
4. Elaborate the different ravel constraints.
5. Explain the various legislation on business organization and several international law issues such as consumer
protection, product and service liability, employment and law access to the natural government will be covered.
6. It will also include the criminal and civil liability of people working in the travel and tourism industry.
