SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JADE ALBELDA LUNA, Filipino, of legal age, single, resident of Davao City, Philippines do hereby name,
constitute, and appoint as I have named, constituted and appointed, DEDIMA ALBELDA LUNA and/or LEA MAY LUNA
PANISALES my mother and sister respectively, of legal age, Filipino citizens, residents of Davao City to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts:

1. To demand, collect and receive from DAVAO LIGHT & POWER CO., my Separation Pay and any and all sums
of money which are now or may hereafter become due me by reason of my employment and resignation from
the said Company, with full power and authority to execute and deliver on my behalf full acquittances and
receipts for all payments made to her on my behalf in settlement and discharge of said documents;

2. To sign and execute the waiver, release and quitclaim on my behalf, releasing and forever discharging, as I
hereby release and discharge, the Davao Light and Power Company and/or any of its officers and employees
and/or agents, from all claims, rights or choice of action that I may have against them by reason of my
employment with the Company and/or my resignation;

3. To demand, collect and receive from PHILAM ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC., UKC-Davao, PAG-IBIG,
Social Security System, any and all sums of money which are now or may hereafter become due me by reason
of my employment and resignation with the said Company, with full power and authority to execute and deliver
on my behalf full acquittances and receipts for all payments made to her on my behalf in settlement and
discharge of said documents;

4. To deposit and withdraw such moneys received from the above Companies under my UNIONBANK account or
to encash such moneys and/or checks under my name;

5. To represent, negotiate, transact, request, sign papers and documents for the release and receipt, for and in my
behalf, with the Civil Registry of Davao City, National Statistics Office, University of Southeastern Philippines,
its branch and instrumentalities, of my official and authenticated records.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform every act and
thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, with power to substitute and appoint from
time to time an attorney-in-fact or attorneys-in-fact, with the same or more limited powers, as fully to all intents and purposes
as I might or could do if present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
