1) describe yourself Good morning Sir I am Nathalie Irene M Velasquez, I am originally

from dagupan City..back in highschool, I never thought of anything else to do but being
a lawyer and so I took up legal management as a course in college in preparation for my
law studies. During law school, I had my internship with the PAO in QC where I assisted
the public attorney in presenting the accused for direct examination and that’s when I felt
that litigation is really what I wanted to do. As a fresh graduate, my goal is to learn more
in the field of litigation.

2) how can you handle pressure? I have had several experiences when I had to organize
several outreach programs which coincided with major examinations during law school.
Fortunately the outreach was a success and I did well during the exams as well.

3)strengths I have been awarded several academic excellence when I was in school, I can say
that it was because I studied diligently and so I can say I can perform well when asked about
knowledge of the laws.
Another is time management, when I was with the PAO in QC it was also when I was taking
summer classes in UE. There were several occasions when the public attorney would ask for
pleadings, for interviews, for rush salaysays and I could say I delivered on time.
Loyalty
4)Weaknesses- ive had hard time working with a team for sometime during law school days,
I tend to do all the work alone and would hesitate to ask for help from others. I thought I might
disturb them and I don’t wanna be a burden to others. After sometime though I realized that
working with a team relatively makes the job easier and faster to be accomplished and so I
started opening up to others and asking for their help.
Another one is my lack of experience, since this is my first time to apply for a job
although I am so much willing to learn and work with different people

4)expected salary taking the advice of my friends, I would say 35 thousand pesos as starting to
around 40 thousand, but I am really open for negotiations regarding this. What I am concerned
more about is the training or experience that I could get and professional growth

5)how can you see yourself in 5years still in the field of litigation hopefully still in this firm if
given the chance
