Application Instructions

This application form details all resources needed to apply for primary centre accreditation. We
strongly advise that you read the Primary Centre Accreditation Guidance (AC-0087) and Digital
Assessment Accreditation Guidance (AC-0085) before completing your application. The
guidance documents can be downloaded from the members section of the IWCF website
www.iwcf.org and the useful documents section in FORUM. The documents provide important
information on how to achieve and maintain primary centre accreditation.

New Application

If you are applying as a ‘New’ primary centre, please complete all sections of this application
form and return to accreditation@iwcf.org along with all requested evidence.

Amendment to Existing Primary Centre Accreditation

If you are making an amendment to your primary centre accreditation, please complete each
section of the application that relates to the amendment that is being made. The below table lists
the type of amendment that can be made to a primary centre accreditation using this application
form and the sections that need to be completed for each amendment type.

1. Clearly tick  the ‘evidence submitted’ box in each section of this application to indicate
the requested evidence has been included with the application submission.

2. For your application to be accepted you must submit all the required information. This
includes all mandatory fields from the application form. Failure to complete these fields will
result in your application being rejected on the grounds that it is incomplete.

3. Section 9 – Centre Declaration. This must be signed by an authorised signatory at your


training centre. In signing this declaration, you will be confirming that your centre has the
required resources to administer IWCF programmes of training and assessment in
accordance with the application criteria detailed in our guidance documents.

Please allow a minimum of 20 working days for the review of this application.

Note: Email addresses already registered to a candidate profile cannot be associated to a


FORUM User, an alternative email address must be provided.

4.4.1. Invigilator desk, device and telephone
A desk, telephone and laptop/desktop with an internet
connection must be available in the assessment room for
the invigilator to use.

Software and Internet Requirements
All devices used for digital assessments must meet the minimum requirements set out in the
Digital Assessment Accreditation Guidance (AC-0085).

Please confirm your latency connection speed.

What type of network will be used to administer your digital
assessments? For example, wired connection or WiFi. If using WiFi
