Important:

If a candidate fails to report to the admission committee on verification/

counselling day as per schedule, she/he shall be out of the admission process
and hence shall lose all claims for admission.

A candidate is required to bring the following for verification:

1. Matriculation Certificate in original.
2. Matriculation mark sheet in original.
3. +2 Certificate in original
4. +2 mark sheet in original.
5. Original caste certificate, if claiming reservation.
6. ESM/SDP Certificate in original, if claiming reservation.
7. PH certificate in original, if claiming reservation.
8. NCC Certificate in original, if claiming weightage.
9. NSS Certificate in original, if claiming weightage.
10. Sports Certificate in original, if claiming weightage.
11. Rangers and Rovers Certificate in original, if claiming weightage.
12. Aadhaar Card in original.
13. Copy of the submitted online application form.
14. Check List (filled in)

A photocopy set of all the above documents and certificates (self-attested) in the same sequence is to be
submitted by the candidate at the time of admission.
