Grievance Details : i booked ticket from irctc app transaction got failed 6 time. finally i booked ticket. each
time i booked ticket it showed transaction failed. but in failed transaction it kept on
booking ticket of which i was not notified not even a message or email or notification
each time it kept on showing transaction failed thus i kept on booking as i have to
conclude the journey but now i have 2 tickets of same journey which i cancelled and
zero refund thus i want irctc to pay me back rupees 600 only for their fault. irctc should
first refer documents and understand the issue rather than blindly calling customer and
disturb un neccessarily beware first read all documents see them thru them ask irctc
has tendency to disturb not read mail or complaint and customer problem can not be
solved merely on that's why there are humans handling comlain otherwise these issue
can be solved by ivrs only be human spend some time on problem click link to get
