As the fiesta of our beloved town is fast approaching, the Calubian Leyte’s Frisbee Team COCO LAND
ULTIMATE is proposing for an event dubbed as “1ST LUBI-LUBI Ultimate Frisbee Tournament” this
August 6-7, 2016 at TESDA Ground, Cabalquinto, Calubian, Leyte.

Through this event, we provide a unique and entertaining activity for the Fiesta 2016. We also aim to
promote our town Calubian thru Sport Tourism, promote local businesses, and to promote healthy
lifestyle to the locals. This sport event aimed to develop athletes at the grassroots level to discover new
talents for the future national and international competitions.

The amount attain in this event will be divided in two, the half will be donated to the church (Our Lady
of Fatima Parish Church) and the other half will fund the Teams official kit for competitions (tank top &
short).

In behalf of the team Coco Land Ultimate, we are willing to attend the meeting of Fiesta Executive
Committee for further understanding of our proposal.
